The goal of this training is to provide researchers with a background in implementation science, in order to prepare them to apply implementation science concepts to their area of research and submit grant proposals with an implementation science focus or an implementation science aim. This class will be led by Dr. Heather Reisinger.

Participants will be asked to do assignments (viewing a video and reading a couple of journal articles ahead of each session). It will be approx three hours of pre-work for each session.

  • This training is eligible for continuing medical education (CME) credit.
  • The sign-up link will close Friday, December 19th.
  • Completing the registration form does not guarantee you a spot in training. You will be notified via email if you are selected to participate.

Implementation science is defined by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as “the study of methods to promote the adoption and integration of evidence-based practices, interventions, and policies into routine health care and public health settings to improve our impact on population health.”
